The check-in staff were fantastic, providing helpful tips and showing us how everything worked. the decor was stunning, and the beds were super comfortable. the location was ideal, with a train station just a 5-minute walk away for easy access to Edinburgh. There was also a pub and shops within walking distance. excellent value for money.
There was a slight unpleasant smell upon entering the apartment, and the water heating system had some issues, constantly turning on and off during the night. While the house was clean and serviceable, it did not meet the expected standard for the price.

Amazing value for money, with a stunning decor and super comfortable beds. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the train station and close to shops and a pub. The staff, especially Courtney, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

I had such a great stay at 3 Bedroom-Kelpies Serviced Apartments Bruce! The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station for day trips to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for my family. We enjoyed the great dining space and the beds were really comfy. I'll definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at 3 Bedroom, Kelpies Serviced Apartments Bruce in Falkirk. Courtney, the check, in agent, was incredibly helpful and showed us how to work everything. the apartment had everything we needed, right down to the little things like washing up liquid. the beds were super comfortable and the decor was stunning. the location was ideal, with the train station just a 5, minute walk away, making it easy for us to visit Edinburgh. We also appreciated the convenience of having a local shop and cafe within walking distance. it was a spacious, well, equipped apartment in a quiet street with great amenities nearby. We loved it so much that we've already booked again for October. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

Great location near train station, regular trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Local shop and cafe within walking distance. Falkirk wheel and Kelpies are local attractions. Stirling is a short drive away. Quiet street with no through access. Helpful check-in agent. Fantastic facilities, everything you could need. Stunning decor, comfortable beds. Well-kept garden. Driveway for parking. Superb value for money.
